Amazing how much a cooler day can affect your training! Eating up the miles now, knees just about behaving themselves and feeling fairly strong. If you haven't already please share or like my page - I'm running for Addenbrookes Hospital Cancer Unit, for the amazing care they gave and continue to give Hannah Lunn - the daughter of a good friend of many of us, who has fought an incredible and inspiring battle with Leukaemia. Feel free to chuck me some change 👍 https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/paul-ryman5
