The Boyfriend - Freida McFadden Review 🩸🔪👔🕵🏼

3⭐️

Freida’s latest thriller release was a very anticipated read for me, I was looking forward to reading it since she first announced this story and shared a sneak peak in the back of one of her other books. When I finally got my hands on this, I got into reading immediately. Sadly, this book did not have the impact I thought it would. It really disappointed me. The beginning was slow, and the first part of the book was very predictable, meaning that non of the first few plot twists were not really shocking. Moreover, the middle felt long and a bit boring. Luckily, the big plot twist at the end still surprised me! But to sum up, it was not as good as I hoped it would be!

Have any of you read it yet? What did you think? 🙂

Book Review: Normal People by Sally Rooney 🤎🧸🍂

4⭐️

Fabulous book about the art of human miscommunication and the struggle of growing up. This book was very fascinating, and written in a completely unique way that I have never seen before. I think everyone in their 20s should read this book at least once. It deals with so many topics that people that age are dealing and struggling with. Absolutely unique and beautiful book. But I just know not everyone will like this one. Still, give it a chance if you ever considered reading it!

This book had me hooked from the very beginning! It was very entertaining and the plot progressed quickly, therefore I found myself not wanting to put it down! This story was so entertaining and it had me fooled!!! I did not expect that plot twist! So much fun I highly recommend!
