Taking the Elizabeth Line home after a night on the tiles…. well, almost 😏
We are delighted that Richmond Council has granted planning permission for the refurbishment of a BTM listed Georgian building overlooking the Thames in Barnes.
Designed by Magnus London, works will include a complete remodelling of the interior layout and the addition of a covered balcony to the river facing front facade.
The main feature of this project will be a 3-storey rear extension which replaces an unsightly 1980’s structure to enhance the overall aspect of the property within the Barnes Green Conservation Area.
An additional glass conservatory completes Phase I of this project.
We are pleased our proposal has been accepted and construction will begin early October 2018.

CLIENT REVIEW OF OUR KINGDOM STREET PROJECT
Successfully completing an exciting project is always a great feeling but when a client voices their satisfaction and delight in such a generous way as Broadgate Estates one cannot help but feeling exceptionally proud.
Here is what they have to say about their new offices at 'The Hub' (please also watch the short video in the 'Making the move' flip book within the article).
