🇧🇪✨ What a day at Belgium House 2026!

Thank you everyone for joining us at the Shoreditch Arts Club for an inspiring day of conversations, creativity, and collaboration.

From thought-provoking discussions on immersive technologies, XR, storytelling, music innovation, and the future of creative industries, to interactive experiences, live demonstrations, and meaningful networking opportunities, Belgium House once again showcased the incredible power of bringing together innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry leaders from across Belgium, the UK and boyond.

The energy, ideas, and connections shared throughout the day reminded us why cross-border collaboration is so important in shaping the future of technology, culture, and innovation.

A special thank you to Ambassador Jeroen Cooreman, the teams from Wallonia-Brussels International, Embassy of Belgium in the United Kingdom, Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX), FIT - Flanders Investment & Trade and hub.brussels, who helped make the event possible, and to our speakers, moderators, partners, exhibitors, performers and sponsor

And of course, thank you to every attendee who contributed their curiosity, expertise, and enthusiasm to the conversations.

Until next time. 🚀

On June 3, we are pleased to support Capitane Records and Capitane Coop in this special immersive listening session at Polygon in Soho, as part of our Belgium House programme!

Conceived as an intimate and immersive event, the session will offer a curated journey through highlights from the Capitane catalogue, alongside a short introduction to the vision behind Capitane Records and its broader cooperative structure, Capitane Coop.

Founded by artists and deeply rooted in Brussels, Capitane Records has developed over the years as a home for singular voices in independent music, spanning indie rock, pop, folk, experimental and genre-crossing works. Through this session, attendees will discover a selection of key releases in a format designed for attention, depth, and shared listening.

The event is intended as a moment of encounter, a space where music professionals, collaborators, media, and curious listeners can connect around a catalogue shaped by artistic independence, long-term development, and a strong commitment to human-scale cultural ecosystems.

As part of our collaboration, Capitane Records artists John Parm and Rosie From The Block will also be present at our Belgium House on June 2 at the Shoreditch Arts Club, curating the Belgian Spirit Night and celebrating the richness and diversity of the Belgian music scene.

Hosted at Polygon in Dean Street, Soho, the listening session will take place in a setting designed to emphasize sound as an experience, offering the ideal environment to explore the textures, atmospheres, and identities that define the Capitane universe.

“One of the biggest challenges for brands today is simply staying true to themselves,” co-founder of , Wojciech Szlachta, shares that with the pressure to constantly adapt, to follow data, chase target audiences and respond to algorithms, you can loose yourself. “but when these things become the only compass, something essential gets lost.”

“We grew up in the late 90s, surrounded by very strong visual cultures: skateboarding magazines like Transworld art directed by David Carson, publications like Radikal or Graff Bombz, videos like Writerz, films like Kids by Larry Clark,” Gaetano Licata, co-founder of Stoëmp says. “It was an intense visual environment, raw and expressive, but also very direct. Over time, all of that got distilled. What I think remains at the studio today is the essence of those influences, stripped down, focused, and intentional.”
