From the 7th November, Aero Fire & Rescue has been providing three paramedic-led ambulances across the Christmas Markets, delivering a robust, professional emergency medical presence throughout the city.

We’re incredibly proud to share some wonderful feedback we received from a visitor at the Warner’s Motorhome & Campervan Show earlier this summer.
During the event, our team responded swiftly to a small fire involving a motorhome. Thanks to their calm and professional approach, the fire was quickly extinguished, the area made safe, and those involved were reassured and supported throughout.
In a letter to our team, the customer praised the firefighters for going “above and beyond” what they would consider normal conduct, taking the time to reassure everyone present, check the safety of the van, and even follow up afterwards to make sure all was well.
We’re really proud of all our crews who’ve worked across the Warner’s Caravan Shows this summer, continuing to deliver the highest standards of fire cover, safety, and professionalism at every event.

🔥 Victorious Festival 2025 – Portsmouth 🔥
What a weekend! Our Aero Fire & Rescue Service crews were proud to provide fire cover for Victorious Festival, with around 65,000 people a day enjoying the music across 13 stages.
✅ Fire crews on site all 3 days
✅ 24/7 campsite cover from Thursday-Monday
✅ Worked with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, Chaos Management UK Ltd, ACOS Medical Ltd & S and B Medical Services Ltd
✅ Supported the safe ex*****on of pyrotechnics & fireworks with Pains Fireworks
✅ All incidents resolved by our on-site crews, no need for local authority fire service attendance 👏

We were honoured to provide medical and water rescue cover at this year’s Salt & Tar Festival in Bootle, a fantastic event that brought the community together with great energy and spirit.
Working alongside the skilled team at Event CTRL Ltd, Paramount Stewarding and Sefton Council our combined efforts ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Our dedicated water rescue team expertly managed safety on and around the water throughout the festival, with their vigilance and rapid response capability crucial to maintaining a secure environment by the waterfront.
Meanwhile, our medical team treated everyone on site, delivering prompt and effective care so that no hospital transfers were necessary, a testament to their skill and efficiency.
Huge congratulations to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. It’s partnerships like this that raise the standard for safety and service at major events, and we’re proud to be part of it.

A busy weekend for the team with resources deployed across two events.
At Earlham Park in Norwich, we provided medical cover and firefighting equipment (FFE) for a three day festival, treating multiple patients on site and transferring two to hospital for further care.
Meanwhile at Highclere Castle, our crews supported the iconic Battle Proms with dedicated fire cover, helping ensure a safe event for thousands of attendees.
As a CQC registered ambulance service, we’re proud to offer professional, dual-role fire and medical support at events across the UK.
Excellent work by all involved.

🚨 Fleet Upgrade at Aero 🚨
We’ve expanded our fleet with a Land Rover Discovery, which will serve as a dual-purpose Forward Command and Rapid Intervention Vehicle.
Soon to be fitted with an onboard water tank and high-pressure hose reel, it’ll enhance our response capability for small fires and support our teams on the ground.
We’ve also added to our fire training assets, with a new kitchen fire demonstration unit now available, ideal for delivering impactful, hands-on fire safety education.
More updates coming soon as we continue to grow our operational and training capabilities.
