A look back at the transformation of Harrogate Convention Centre for Titan Wealth Summit.

Delivered within a single-day build, the venue was transformed for a conference followed by an immersive afterparty. The movie themed breif saw us bring classic film sets, including Casablanca and Some Like It Hot to life.

We led the end-to-end delivery of the event, shaping the creative direction and overseeing all production and logistics.

From the first stake in the ground to the final floral placement, we transformed a blank canvas into a luxury environment built entirely around our client’s vision.

A bespoke marquee formed the foundation, housing a statement bar, seated dining space and fully functioning kitchen. Every detail was styled to match the client’s mood board, including custom branding and signage, curated furniture, florals, menus and layered soft furnishings.

The client was blown away by how precisely we brought their vision to life. Feedback included “Seamless.” and “Best one yet.”

An Away Day at the Polo…

For this offsite, we delivered something truly special. Not only did guests step into a completely custom-built event setting, the day unfolded with a programme of unmatched summery experiences. Guests enjoyed polo match viewing, tennis, wine tasting and sports day activities- all designed to energise and connect.

Catering included a curated seated lunch experience with elevated food stations, followed by a BBQ dinner accompanied by roaming entertainers and a high-energy party band to close the night.

Behind the scenes, our team managed guest flow, supplier coordination, AV, logistics and every visual touchpoint. We kept the pace effortless, the energy high and the client completely stress-free.

Transforming into a Moulin Rouge–inspired party, we created an immersive environment designed to transport guests straight to Paris.

With a tight turnaround, our team orchestrated the complete transformation of the iconic Savoy Ballroom - coordinating multiple suppliers, logistics and production elements.

Last week, the Story team got into the Christmas spirit with our clients for a wreath-making workshop led by the amazing Caroline and Alan from Hybrid, hosted at the wonderful Garden Museum. The group got to learn how to create the perfect Christmas wreath from start to finish.

The festive spirit was in full swing with mulled wine, prosecco, and delicious seasonal canapés provided by Dish. Both the morning and afternoon sessions were filled with good food, great conversation and plenty of creativity plus everyone went home with a beautiful, handmade wreath.
