I'm, yes? Lol. I love visiting historic sites and monuments and then checking out the gift shop. They have fun things!

Took us a few years to save for our London trip (that I still need to share photos of) and now we're saving for our next trip! The goal is Japan in fall 2028! I'm so excited! Time to commence planning!

It's a beautiful day at the Oregon coast.

We had so much fun visiting Stonehenge today. The weather was a bit chilly and windy, but it was a beautiful day.

These are some absolutely gorgeous buildings we saw while driving out to Stonehenge this morning. That's why they're not super fancy or Instagram-worthy: I took these from a moving bus. Oh well. I think the buildings are cool and I want to share them.

Walked by this building this morning on our very early start to the day. It's so pretty. I love the mix of historic architectural styles all around London.

More Southwark Cathedral

I love Southwark Cathedral. It's smaller than the other well-known cathedrals in London, but it's still beautiful and awe-inspiring. We had such a good time exploring and wandering around. We ended up spending more time than we'd planned there because the choir was practicing before a service. We listened to them practice and took photos of the side areas and then took photos of the central area since we couldn't take photos there while the choir was in while the choir was practicing.

The irony of our hotel is that the public areas are gorgeous, but our room looks like we're at a Motel 6. The carpets look like they haven't been vacuumed in six months, the AC doesn't cool the room down, the toilet paper is scratchy, and when you turn the water on to wash your hands, it drowns the whole counter. Oh well. The bed is comfortable enough and we haven't seen any bed bugs. Lol.

This is our hotel. We got a really good deal when we booked our flight and hotel together.

Last night we had dinner at Tiger's Diner. We were so hungry and had wanted to find a traditional British pub to fully immerse in our London experience, but we saw this one online and couldn't pass it up. Oh. My. Goodness. The food was so good! The presentation was fantastic and the ambiance was unique. Definitely worth checking out when you're next in London.
