Officers have been working all over the festive period but yesterday they spotted our newest recruit, four year old Louie, as he was patrolling his local area. Louie was enlisted when he was given a police uniform on Christmas Day. He has been working very hard to protect his community, so much so that he has been in uniform and on duty ever since. When he was spotted yesterday, Louie was kind enough to stop for a few moments to say hello to his colleagues in Merton, before returning to his crime fighting duties. Thank you for all of your hard work Louie. We look forward to working with you in the future. Your colleagues at the Met!
