Remove the stupid, ugly bit of 'fencing' from the top of the Beetham Tower

The 'overrun facade' metal monstrosity was added to the top of the building for reasons of VANITY.

It's time to get them to remove that piece of visual and auditory pollution. The architect, Ian Simpson, wanted to attain some kind of record for his building, which would be otherwise unremarkable, if rather dull. As it is, it has the ugliest bit of metalwork seen outside of a breaker's yard, which is unsightly and HUMS NOISILY during loud winds, despite at least 3 attempts to rectify the problem  ...
