Today we joined Animal Welfare Party - Cheshire Animal Rights Campaigns - Socialists 4 Animal Liberation and other friends for a protest against the importation of endangered macaque monkeys through Manchester Airport for animal testing labs. It's time for Manchester council to use their influence as a shareholder in the airport to push for an end to these flights.

🧡🦊 Please support The Fox Rescuers

If looks could kill! 🫣

You may remember Cedar, the poorly fox who decided to take refuge beneath someone's sofa after suffering terribly from mange.

Well, as you can see, she's looking thoroughly unimpressed with her current living arrangements!

Unfortunately for Cedar, a little more time in our care is exactly what she needs. Her mange is incredibly severe, and there's a lot of healing to be done before she can return to the wild.

We know she'd much rather be out doing fox things, but for now, it's plenty of rest, good food and treatment until she's feeling more like herself again. 🧡

Sorry, Cedar! We promise it's for your own good.🦊
