Nature In Mind draws on the unique capacity of nature to restore and improve mental and physical health.

A growing body of evidence shows that spending time in natural and green spaces can
• reduce stress and anxiety
• reduce levels of depression
• improve physical health
• improve mood and self esteem
• help to reduce the need for medication
• help to overcome isolation and social exclusion

The new service is aimed at people over 18 with mental health needs who live in Nottingham. Activities take

The new activities Programme for April is on its way! If you are a Nature in Mind participant you should hopefully receive an email with the new Programme attached on Thursday or it will arrive via the post by the end of the week.

People can come and relax in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy some seasonal tasty food for a suggested donation of £2.50.
