The final consultation on the Tandridge District Local Plan 2027-2042 is now open.

The Local Plan will help shape where new homes, jobs, green spaces, community facilities and infrastructure can be delivered across the district up to 2042.

This consultation focuses on whether the Plan has been prepared correctly, meets legal requirements and is ‘sound’.

Have your say by 9am on Tuesday 8 December 2026.

If you are on a low income or receive benefits, we want to hear your views on our Council Tax Reduction scheme consultation.

Read our draft proposals for the future of the scheme in the new East Surrey Council and tell us what you think.

This fund is made up of money raised through the Tandridge Together Lottery, with every weekly ticket helping to support local good causes.
