Oak Fire Protection are hiring for an Office Admin Role

Reporting to Bill Bishop, Operations Director & Sophie Ambrose, Senior Commercial Manager

• Office Administration / Document Control position available with immediate effect.
• Opportunity to join fast growing Passive Fire Protection Company.
• Use of Microsoft office skillset, and attention to detail.

Day to day duties to include but are not limited to:

• Data input into various Microsoft Excel documents.
• Use of Orbit Galliford Try System (training provided)
• Reviewing data from OneTrace/Bolster QA Systems.
• Document management including filing of.
• Assisting with estimation/quotations within Fire Protection and Fire Door Business.

37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday – Friday) – Based In Romford Office

• Commercial Assistant / Document Control position available.
• Opportunity to join fast growing Passive Fire Protection Company.
• Experience in Fire Stopping/Fire Protection is beneficial however not essential, good Microsoft office skillset, and attention to detail.

Day to day duties to include but are not limited to:

• Data input into various Microsoft Excel documents.
• Data input for monthly valuations (Microsoft Excel)
• Use of Oracle/Orbit Galliford Try System (training provided)
• Reviewing data from OneTrace/Bolster QA Systems.
• Document management including filing.
• Cross reference labour against subcontractor invoices.
