🍂Crafts, Disco & Glow Sticks! 🪩

What a lovely Friday we've had as we've danced our way into the weekend!

Our morning was full of autumn creativity, as we made pinecone plant pots and beautiful autumn trees, bringing the colours of the season indoors! 🍁🎨

Then it was time to turn back the clock to the 80s! Our afternoon disco brought out the glow sticks, dancing and plenty of smiles as we enjoyed some classic tunes and got our weekend groove on! 🎶✨

With our crafts complete and our dancing shoes ready, we're all set for a spooktacular Halloween week ahead! 🎃🦇

📚 Memories, Monsters & Halloween Preparations! 👻

We've had another lovely day, filled with reminiscence, creativity and getting into the Halloween spirit! 🍂

📖 Our morning took us down memory lane, exploring some wonderful books that sparked fantastic conversations and treasured memories. From childhood and sporting moments to music and the beautiful countryside, there was plenty to talk about, share and smile about!

🧛‍♂️ Then it was time to get spooky! Our creative side came out as we made Halloween crafts featuring vampires, Frankenstein and, of course, plenty of pumpkins!

🕸️ We also rolled up our sleeves to decorate our room, making sure everything is looking frightfully fabulous and ready for our Halloween celebrations next week!
Every day is an opportunity to share memories, try something new and make wonderful moments together!

The weather may have been miserable, but that certainly didn't dampen our spirits at the day centre today! 💙

🌼 Our morning was filled with beautiful flower crafts, bringing a little colour, creativity and sunshine indoors! 🌷🌻

🎶 Our afternoon turned up the fun with dancing, disco and plenty of brain teasers to keep our minds active and our feet moving! 💃🧠 There were smiles, laughter and lots of reasons to brighten up this rainy day.

We believe there's always something to smile about, whatever the weather! ☀️💛

🛍️ A lovely day of shopping, lunch and books 📚

We enjoyed a wonderful day out, starting the morning with a spot of lovely window shopping and seeing SaFire Candles before heading to Poppys Vintage Tearoom for a delicious lunch and some well-deserved time to relax 🥪☕

To round off our day, we paid a visit to St Neots Library where we enjoyed browsing the shelves and discovering the wonderful world of books! 📖✨

A perfect combination of browsing, good food and a little literary adventure 💛

We’ve had a wonderful time celebrating all things pumpkin! There was plenty of fun, laughter, and smiles as everyone got involved in our autumn-themed activities 🧡

🎨 Getting creative decorating mini pumpkins
💃 Enjoying some seated movement and keeping active
🎃 Testing our coordination with mini pumpkin catch
🧠 Putting our knowledge to the test with fun quizzes
🎶 And, of course, plenty of singing along to some favourite spooky tunes!

We also thoroughly enjoyed our fresh lunch, from Poppys Vintage Tearoom, thank you 💛

🌿 Taking Flight with Colour & Creativity! 🎨

Today was a wonderful celebration of color, curiosity, and creativity as we immersed ourselves in a special bird-themed day! We explored a wide variety of remarkable bird species, challenging our knowledge by guessing different birds using clue-filled descriptions and enjoying interactive quizzes that kept everyone on their toes🪶

The highlight of the day came when everyone rolled up their sleeves to construct their very own flying bird creations. Watching those handmade birds take flight was the perfect finish to an already memorable day. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made the day so lively and bright! 🦜

🍂🍁 A Wonderful Day of Autumn Crafts & Sensory Fun!🍁🍂

We’ve had a lovely day embracing all things autumn at our craft and sensory session! 🍃✨

🌿 We started the day by decorating our very own hessian scent sacks, filling them with some of our favourite fragrances. From refreshing mint to calming lavender and zesty lemongrass, there were plenty of wonderful scents to enjoy! 💚💜

🖐️ Next up was our autumn sensory guessing game! We put our sense of touch to the test, feeling different autumnal items and trying to guess what was hiding without peeking. There were lots of curiosity, concentration and fun along the way! 🍂🤔

🎨 In the afternoon, we took time to appreciate the beautiful colours of autumn all around us, collecting natural treasures and inspiration to use in our creative art session. From golden leaves to earthy textures, nature provided us with a wonderful palette of colours and ideas! 🍁🧡

It was a fantastic day full of creativity, sensory exploration and seasonal discovery. We loved seeing everyone getting involved, trying new things and enjoying the magic of autumn! 🍂🥰
