Just a reminder to everyone that the re-freshers fair is on at the Stirling campus tomorrow (Feb 8th) from 10:00am - 2:00pm. It will be filled with fun and educational stalls so make sure to check it out!

Whether you are new to running or very experienced, these new running sessions will be brilliant for anyone interested in getting fitter and meeting new people. This will be each Wednesday from 4:00 - 4:45pm, leaving from the Falkirk campus. These sessions will be coached FOR FREE by Robert Myler, an athlete which has represented Great Britain. We look forward to seeing you there!

If anyone is interested in trying a new sport or getting back into a previous hobby, there will be some fun taster sessions for Badminton and Futsal taking place in the games hall of the Falkirk campus. This is a great way to get some exercise and meet some new friends.
Badminton will be on Monday the 18th December, from 4-5pm.
Futsal will be on Tuesday the 19th December, also from 4-5pm.

16 Days of Activism It is a world wide movement that focuses on bringing an end to gender based abuse. The campaign started in 1991 and was created by the Centre of women's global leadership and takes place between the 25th of November to the 10th of December, this event happens every year.
