We hosted our first Shibashi Tai Chi session at the Crystal where people joined in with for some lovely relaxing exercise amongst friends, benefitting their physical and mental wellbeing.

New support group for former carers, everyone welcome from a unpaid caring role.

If your caring role has come to an end, you maybe left with a sense of loss, isolation, or a gap in your daily life.

This group offers: Emotional support - peer connection - a space to talk, reflect and rebuild.

You cared for someone - now its time to care for yourself!
