Hi to all our regular hirer’s, letter’s have been typed up this morning & will be out next week about your requirements of hire for 2026 😊

If you are an organisation who’s looking for somewhere to hire, we have got these weekly dates available.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning’s.
Wednesday evenings in winter time are available from ( October to March) you would have to share in summer time from ( April to September) one day out in these months.
Same on Wednesday afternoons are available but one Wednesday in month ( October to March ) you would have to share with WI
Afternoons Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday times 12pm to 4pm.

Hi a note to all regular hirer’s, just letting you know October is starting Wednesday, so in a couple of weeks we will be sending letters out to you all about next year’s booking’s.
Please NOTE can everyone send us the full dates you wish for 2026 so our Booking Secretary doesn’t have to keep chasing people up.
Dates start from January 2026 to December 2026
If we don’t have your full year it’s hard to sort out hiring list for one off hirer’s.

Dear hirer’s of Stourton Village Hall can I remind you that when you receive your hiring invoice that you pay it in the month that’s dated. Also if it’s a bank transfer please let our booking Secretary know when payment been paid.
We are Not council funded building & your hiring fees cover Electricity, insurance, toilet & cleaning supplies & also wages for our employees.
