What an amazing afternoon celebrating 3 years of Marsh Farm Manor! ❤️
From a manager’s perspective, it was wonderful to step back and see everyone enjoying themselves — fabulous music, dancing, laughter, speeches and, of course, our awards. 🎶💃🏆
We were so proud to recognise colleagues, residents and supporters of Marsh Farm Manor and celebrate the people who make our home so special.
It was particularly emotional for me to recognise those colleagues who have been on this journey with me from day one. Three years of commitment, hard work, challenges, laughter and memories — I couldn’t be prouder of how far we have come together. ❤️
We also celebrated the amazing cultures within our Marsh Farm family, with our wonderful colleagues preparing food from around the world. 🌍 The food was incredible, and it was such a lovely way to celebrate the diversity that makes our home so special.
Most of all, it was a day of togetherness, recognition and celebration.
Three years ago, we started with a building.
Today, we have a home filled with friendships, memories, laughter, incredible residents and an amazing team.
That is Marsh Farm Manor. ❤️
