🏆 WHAT A NIGHT FOR BESPOKE GUARDIANS! 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Bespoke Guardians has been named Business of the Year at The Great British Business & Community Awards. 🏆

But it didn’t stop there…

🥇 Business of the Year

🥇 Our CEO and Founder, Rob Firmin, was named Male Entrepreneur of the Year for the second year running

🥈 Silver Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Community

Three awards. One incredible team. 💙

These awards might have names engraved on them, but they belong to every single person at Bespoke Guardians.

Our support workers. Team leaders. Managers. Office teams. Trainers. Recruiters. And everyone working behind the scenes.

You’re the people who turn up every day.

You take on the difficult situations.

You support children and young people when they need someone most.

And you keep Doing What Others Won’t.

Winning Business of the Year is a huge moment for us. But being recognised for our contribution to the community means just as much.

We’ve built Bespoke Guardians around making a genuine difference. Not just building a successful business.

Thank you to our amazing TeamBG, the professionals and organisations who trust us, and everyone who has been part of our journey.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

And we’re nowhere near finished yet. 💙

🏆 WE’VE BEEN SHORTLISTED! 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for Business of the Year at The Great British Awards — alongside some fantastic organisations making a real difference across the UK. 💗

And that’s not all… we’ve also been recognised across multiple categories, including SME of the Year, Employer of the Year and Outstanding Contribution to the Community.

A huge thank you to our incredible team, our amazing staff, and everyone who continues to support what we do. None of this would be possible without you. 💙

Here’s to celebrating everything we’ve achieved together — and hopefully bringing home a trophy! 🏆

Time to celebrate one of our brilliant staff members! 🧡

Congratulations to Edward Mackenzie who has once again been shortlisted for the English Veterans Awards, taking place on 1 October at the De Vere Cotswold Hotel near Swindon.

This year, Ed has been recognised in two categories:
Community Award
Lifetime Achievement Award

The awards for these incredible achievements come just two weeks after Ed opens the Elysium Memorial on Sunday the 13th of September at the National Memorial Arboretum, this wonderful Memorial supports families, friends and loved ones who have experienced the devastating loss of someone dear to them that has died by su***de.

What an extraordinary journey this has been. Ed’s compassion, dedication and commitment has truly made a meaningful difference to so many people. As the year draws to a close, these nominations are a wonderful reflection of his remarkable work and an incredibly fitting way to celebrate all he has achieved.

Well done to you Ed! 🧡

We don't believe in giving up simply because something is difficult.

We ask different questions.

What does this young person need?
What could we change?
What haven't we tried?
What would make it possible?

Because sometimes finding a solution starts with being willing to look at the problem differently.

Every young person has their own experiences, personality, needs and aspirations. That's why we believe support should never be about fitting someone into a standard approach.

It's about understanding the individual, building trust and creating an environment where they can feel safe, supported and able to move forward.

Because care should be bespoke to the person, not the other way around. ❤️

Ever wondered who’s behind it all? 👀
