Wow, what’s grea initiative Swansea, Wales.
Swansea has its very own ‘Tip Treasures’ shop, where sellable items are rescued by the local council from any point in the ‘waste’ process and then offered to the general public. This is just a small selection of everything that has been saved from landfill so far, and they even rescue household electrical items.
All proceeds from the shop are used to support and develop this project further, and they are also preparing to open a ‘Repair Café’ that will potentially save even more items from local tips!

Oh my god, what is wrong with people. Disgusting and unacceptable behaviour by some of our neighbours. Shame on you.
Brent Council we need some real action to tackle this. The answer isn’t just clear the rubbish away. Get some enforcement and cctv in place.
