Today, Brent Council Deputy Leader Cllr Dr Gwen Grahl has written to Woodfield School expressing serious concern about proposals to use fire and rehire against teaching assistants. She has urged the school to return to meaningful negotiations with the NEU and find a fair resolution that supports staff, pupils and families.
