Flowers for the Fallen – crafting, tea and coffee drop in – everyone welcome

As Remembrance Sunday is approaching fast, Flowers for the Fallen are hosting a crafting, tea and coffee drop in at Haxby and Wigginton Health Centre on Friday 23rd October 9am - 12 lunchtime.

Flowers for the Fallen is a volunteer community initiative in York that places surplus supermarket flowers on forgotten service personnel graves and decorates local war memorials with handmade knitted poppies. Everyone is welcome to come along and join in with a cuppa and a biscuit!

We’re working with national charity, Kids, to find out more about your experience of early years provision for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities in York. We want to know what’s working well, how easy it is to find early years provision and what could be improved.

Complete this short survey at Early Years SEND Sufficiency for Parent/Carers by Friday 30 October and help us shape local provision now and for the future
