La Digue Playing Field - Upgrade and Transformation

La Digue Playing Field was abandoned for many years and left without proper development. Since this administration took office in 2022, significant improvements have been taking place.

Major upgrades have already been made, including improved facilities such as a lighted playfield and a new toilet facility. A play area for children is currently under construction, and work on the basketball court will begin soon.

This is the kind of real, visible transformation that MP Lennox Andrews has been bringing to the people of St. Andrew Parish Southwestβ€”investing in community spaces that families, young people, and residents can enjoy.

Progress is happening, and the community is benefiting.πŸŒ±πŸ€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦

Last Sunday, I visited the Walker Church of God, where an Essay Competition was hosted on the meaning of Independence for Grenada. Three monetary prizes were given to the first three places. In the handover ceremony, Minister Andrews encouraged the winners to save their money rather than using it for any immediate consumption. πŸ’°βœοΈπŸ‡¬πŸ‡© #
