On behalf of the National Executive Council and membership of the NDC, the Leader, Adrian Thomas, extends warmest congratulations to the Leadership and members of the Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) and the Prime Minister-elect Philip J. Pierre on a decisive victory in the just-concluded general elections in St. Lucia.
