가족관계에 관한 영문증명서 발급 안내

1. 영문증명서는 기존의 기본증명서, 가족관계증명서, 혼인관계증명서를 그대로 번역한 것이 아니라 본인, 부모, 배우자에 관한 기본적인 정보를 하나의 증명서에 담은 새로운 형태의 증명서입니다.



2. 영문증명서에 나타나는 본인에 관한 사항은 성명, 성별, 출생연월일, 주민등록번호, 출생장소이며, 부모에 관한 사항은 부모 성명, 성별, 출생연월일, 주민등록번호이고, 배우자에 관한 사항은 현 배우자의 성명, 성별, 출생연월일, 주민등록번호, 혼인일로서, 자녀에 관한 정보는 영문증명서에 나타나지 않습니다.



3. 영문증명서 발급조건

ㅇ 본인(발급 대상자)의 한국 여권이 있는 경우에만 발급 가능합니다.

ㅇ 사망, 국적상실 등으로 가족관계등록부가 폐쇄된 본인(발급 대상자)의 영문증명서는 발급되지 않습니다.

Call for Participation: 2026 International Joint Class

To strengthen students' global competencies and foster global citizenship, SMOE(Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education) is operating the 「International Joint Class」, a remote class exchange program between Seoul and overseas schools.

In particular, in 2025, 358 schools from 33 countries around the world participated in ‘International Joint Class’ programs to understand different cultures and form global friendships over national barriers. Therefore, SMOE would like to recruit overseas schools to participate in the「2026 International Joint Class」program, and request a lot of interest and participation. A. Eligibility: Elementary, middle, and high schools in overseas countries that wish to experience class exchange programs with Korean students. □ What is the e-Arrival card?

- The e-Arrival card is an online entry declaration form for travelers entering the Republic of Korea. Starting from 3 days prior to their entry to Korea, travelers can submit their e-Arrival card conveniently through the website (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) via PC or mobile web or by scanning the QR code below.

- Arriving individuals are required to provide a valid email address, travel information (including dates of entry and departure and flight or vessel number), as well as address and contact details in Korea.

조지아에 체류 중인 우리 국민의 안전을 위하여 조지아 정부가 운영하는 긴급신고 모바일 애플리케이션 「︎112Georgia」︎의 이용에 관하여 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

※ 동 애플리케이션은 일반전화 112 신고에 더한 추가 기능임.

조지아 영토 내에 체류 중인 모든 사람은 동 애플리케이션을 다운로드하여 사용할 수 있으며, 긴급 상황 발생 시 신고자의 위치를 자동으로 파악할 수 있어 보다 신속하고 정확한 대응이 가능합니다.

동 애플리케이션은 무료로 제공되며, Android 및 iOS 운영체제에서 모두 이용 가능합니다. 또한 조지아어, 영어, 러시아어, 아르메니아어, 아제르바이잔어 등 총 5개 언어를 지원합니다.

※ 유의사항

「︎112Georgia」︎모바일 애플리케이션을 이용한 허위 신고는 조지아 법령에 따라 엄격히 금지되어 있으며, 위반 시 법적 처벌을 받을 수 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.

주요 기능

1. 112 전화 신고 기능

ㅇ 애플리케이션을 통해 112로 직접 전화 신고가 가능하며, GPS 기능이 활성화된 경우 신고자의 위치 정보가 자동으로 전송됩니다.

2. 112 상담원과의 채팅 기능

ㅇ 통화가 곤란한 긴급 상황에서 문자 채팅을 통해 신고할 수 있습니다. GPS 기능이 활성화된 경우 위치 정보가 자동 전송되며, 데이터가 소진된 경우에도 SMS 형태로 위치 정보가 전송됩니다.

3. 무음 긴급신호(SOS) 기능

ㅇ 전화 통화가 위험을 초래할 수 있는 상황에서 활용 가능한 기능으로, GPS 활성화 후 SOS 버튼을 누르면 신고자의 위치 정보가 전송되며 관할 경찰이 출동합니다.

4. 영상통화 기능(청각장애인 전용)

ㅇ 동 기능은 청각장애인 및 난청인을 위한 서비스로, 수어가 가능한 상담원이 영상통화를 통해 신고를 접수합니다. GPS 기능이 활성화된 경우 신고자의 위치 정보가 자동 전송됩니다.
