Your Views Matter

As a result of the feedback we received from the Your Views Matter campaign carried out in 2015 the States of Guernsey is developing a customer charter.

Please follow the link in the post below to complete a short survey on what good customer service looks like and which aspects are most important to you.

Guernsey Community Survey - Guernsey This survey will help those who deliver public services in Guernsey to get a better understanding of your views and experiences, and to learn what is important to you.
