membership drive through a design of a pragmatic strategy that would attract floating voters as well as to lure members from other opposition parties into the NDC. The (NDV) is also seeking to design a training programme that would adequately equip the youth, volunteers/sympathizers and re-engage members of the Party to capture power in 2016 election and subsequent elections in Ghana. The designers of the programme are drawn from various political backgrounds, rich with many years experience in political activities. Notable among them are Mr. Robert Myles, the Chairman of the Switzerland branch of the NDC Party. Mr Myles is an astute executive member with so many years experience in political studies and grassroots mobilization. He has also trained many people, both home and abroad to structure campaigns, use time more creatively, and build robust motivating volunteer programs.
