The Brown-Duah family have arrived back home from the inaugural Amos C Brown Sr.Fellowship where 43 fellows from different walks of life and Universities travelled back to Ghana for the first time as . This journey was sponsored and powered by the NAACP in collaboration with the Church of Latter Day Saints. My father’s legacy continues to be centered around social justice, reparations, and reconciling the racial divide. The visionary collaboration of the NAACP and the Church of Latter Day Saints on this year’s journey to Ghana is an example of how all men and women of good will and conscienceness can come together regardless of race, ethnicity, and religious affiliations to address the lingering post-psychological traumatic effects of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade.

I look forward to the conversations and work that will deepen as a result of the fellowship. View video clips and accounts of the journey on the page and Youtube. A special thank you to President Derrick Johnson and the entire NAACP team, Eris Simms, Annalise, Adinkra Group, Church of Latter Day Saints and everyone behind the scenes who organized the trip.

August 25th marks Privélege's 1st year at City Point Center. Beginning June 2022, we have planned a series of special events along with a campaign to shine the spotlight on our valued customers who exemplify the Privélege ethos within our global communities.

HELP US CELEBRATE by TAGGING WITH AN IMAGE OF YOUSELF WEARING PRIVELEGE! We are selecting Privelege men and women to join in on the celebration and will plan a PHOTOSHOOT with us!

June 5th, we kick off the celebration with an evening on BROADWAY & Dinner w/ to close out “For Colored Girls..” [Men are welcome join both or dinner only] and again to see the MJ Musical with our men and children this summer (TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON).
