Morocco is spending €613 million to build a desalination plant to serve its citizens and meet agricultural needs.

NDC footsoldiers who are probably suffering as a result of the incompetence of the government in power have joined their leaders to defend the party and BoG for spending ¢35b ($3b) just to reduce the ¢2-¢3 against the dollar.

How does this make sense to any reasonable person? We will continue to be where we are as citizens if we don't rise above this mediocrity.
