VACANCY – SWIMMING POOL MANAGER
Bella Ella Waves is looking for a responsible, energetic, honest, and customer-focused individual to manage and oversee the daily operations of our swimming pool area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the swimming pool area.
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
* Handling and accurately accounting for cash, payments, and daily sales.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness around the pool area.
* Monitoring pool safety and ensuring customers follow pool rules.
* Organizing and coordinating pool parties, birthday parties, and other pool events.
* Promoting and arranging swimming lessons for children and adults.
* Visiting and building relationships with schools in the surrounding areas to promote swimming lessons and school swimming programs.
* Developing creative ideas to attract more customers and increase pool revenue.
* Keeping accurate records of attendance, sales, events, swimming lessons, and expenses.
* Supervising pool attendants and other staff when required.
* Reporting daily operations, challenges, and sales to management.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Organized and able to keep proper records.
* Comfortable handling cash and daily financial reports.
* Energetic and willing to actively promote the business.
* A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and take initiative.
* Experience in swimming pool management, hospitality, events, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
IMPORTANT
This is not a desk-only management position. The successful candidate must be hands-on, proactive, and willing to actively promote Bella Ella Waves, including visiting schools, speaking with potential customers, and helping organize events.
