I remember four years ago, this same land was uncultivated until a certain Agric Celeb intervened. Clifford John Asare this is one of your legacies you left in Birim South District. You instructed me to nurse oil palm seedlings at Akotekrom so that, farmers will not worry themselves moving far away to the Assembly for seedlings. Mr. Dawutey (the Chief Farmer of Asuokor) is a beneficiary to that free oil palm seedlings we raised at Akotekrom four years ago.

I will not forget the then District Extension Officer now the District Director of Agriculture at Akyemansa Mawuli Cyril Lavoe.
