On Friday, 22 May, 2026 the Anloga Municipal Library literacy team was hosted by the Anloga R.C. Basic School.

After fruitful interactions with the learners, we are nurturing critical thinkers through our literacy initiative.

After retrieving the books with the learners, we inturn issued new books to each of them. Basic 3 through 6 learners benefitted with a total of 198 learners receiving new books.

The literacy team of Anloga Library today, was at the Hafiakor D.A. Basic school on our regular school visit for pupils under our coverage to retrieve storybooks given them to read and reissue new ones.

The goal which is to encourage learners to just learn without worrying about buying storybooks, is what is making it possible to visit the 9 schools within the Anloga circuit because we are dedicated to serving them with great variety of storybooks.

The learners upon seeing the team, couldn't hold back their joy. They run to hug us and shared their appreciation with us.

A total of 234 pupils were served with new books to read at home to acquire the reading and critical thinking skills needed for life.

The Anloga Library today, made a stop at the Atiehepe D.A. Basic school on our regular school visit for pupils under our coverage to retrieve storybooks given them to read an reissue new ones.

The goal is to encourage learners to just learn without worrying about buying storybooks, because we will bring and serve them with great variety of storybooks.

A total of 109 pupils were served new books to read at home to acquire the reading and critical thinking skills needed for life.

Anloga Municipal Library Snapshot 07/05/2026

The library team from the Anloga Municipal Library again visited Agorve D.A. Basic school on Thursday, 7th May, 2026.

They met the headteacher to discuss the plan for the term and proceeded to distribute storybooks to the learners after retrieving the ones with them.

New sets of books were then given out to them and they were encouraged to read hem before next term when the team revisits them to given new books out.
A total of 219 books were given out to these learners.

The library team from the Anloga Municipal Library again visited ANSECO Basic school.
