YOUR DAILY FIRE SAFETY TIPπŸ“Œ

Fuse wire is used in electric circuits to prevent the excess current flowing into the circuit and therefore preventing the appliances from getting damaged and / or catching fire.

We often replace these fuse wires with nails and hair pins when they melt in serving its purpose. This practice is unprofessional and tend to render the fuse ineffective which may cause the device to malfunction and / or increase its fire risk.

To prevent such electrically induced fires, we urge you all not to replace fuse wires with nails and hair pins which are not designed to protect the electrical devices from excessive current, damage and / or fire. Seek the help of competent and certified Electrical Engineers and Professionals to replace your fuse wires.

Now You Know ✊🏽

Adhere and remain safe.
