Effutu Libraries

Effutu municipal library, formerly known as Winneba branch library was established in 1974.

With 14 public libraries located in different communities, the Effutu libraries offer quality educational programs for the public and connect every community member to knowledge resources. Its first location was Adanse ( effutu traditional council) then in January 1997 relocated to Abasraba (suflet house).
