Today, we joined our mother body, the Ashanti Caucus, to stand in solidarity with victims of the recent fire outbreak at Adum-Bluelight. As part of our visit, we made a donation to support their recovery and rebuilding efforts.
It is our earnest hope that they recover fully and experience a swift return to normalcy in their businesses and daily lives.

Two weeks ago, history was made as Members of Parliament from Kumasi came together for the first time under a unified platform — the Kumasi Bloc — to host the Kumasi Public Dialogue on the 2025 National Budget.
Held under the theme “Assessing the 2025 Budget: Implications for Kumasi’s Development and the Way Forward,” the event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders: MPs, government officials, business leaders, market associations, civil society organizations, and financial institutions.
Key issues discussed included infrastructure development, job creation, investment opportunities, and improvements in social services — all focused on shaping a better future for Kumasi.
This marks a new chapter in Kumasi’s development story. The dialogue is not just a talk show — it’s a call to action.
