As part of this year’s Summer Sports and Leisure Programme, and our commitment to developing and supporting the next generation of coaches, the GSLA is proud to offer:

Junior Sports Leadership Award (Level 1) – for ages 14-15.

Community Sports Leadership Award (Level 2) – for ages 16+.

These courses are designed for motivated young individuals who want to develop their leadership skills and take their first steps into coaching. Participants on the course will gain essential knowledge, build confidence whilst learning how to motivate others, plan effective sessions, and create positive sporting environments.

As highlighted by our Sports Development, Training and Inclusion Officer, the Community Sports Leadership Award has been redesigned into a new modular format to meet growing demand. This flexible approach will allow individuals who cannot commit to a full week of training to complete the course through modules running throughout the year.

If you’re passionate about sport and ready to grow as a leader email [email protected] for more details!

Limited places available.
