promoting the European sheep meat in the markets of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

"Meet the European Lamb" is a Program proposed by the Greek National Inter-Professional Organization of Meat (EDOK) and M-Pancyprian Organization of Sheep and Goat Breeders LT (M-POAI Ltd). It refers to the information and promotion of the European sheep meat in the target markets of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

meet the EU Lamb 🐑 Meatballs Recipe - Lamb meat is an excellent raw material that is constantly gaining the preference of catering professionals and award-winning chefs of global gastronomy due to its delicate aromatic taste and tenderness as well as for the variety concerning its preparation method. Here is an easy and delicious recipe made with lamb meat:Ingredients:500gr lamb mince2 tbsp Greek yogurt1-2 tbsp minced garlic1 tsp ground cumin1/2 cup chopped corianderSalt & pepper to tasteOlive oil for fryingInstructions:1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the oil. Make small balls. Fry in olive oil on medium-low on all sides until well cooked. Remove from pan and place on paper to absorb excess oil. 2. Serve with a yoghurt dip: Greek yogurt, garlic powder, chopped dill and chives, salt to taste.Always choose your ingredients well. The source and production matters.
