We attended the Ukudu Power Plant commissioning ceremony, where guests gathered at Dusit Thani and then traveled to the Ukudu Power Plant for the official commissioning and ribbon cutting on May 28. The event brought together leadership from GPA, KEPCO, EWP, and government to mark a major step toward greater reliability and capacity for our community’s power needs.
The commissioning ceremony and site visit at Ukudu celebrated a collaborative effort between public and private partners to advance Guam’s energy resilience. This milestone strengthens the island’s energy infrastructure and supports future growth.
Si Yu'os Ma'åse to the organizer and everyone who participated.

We celebrated teams whose creativity and perseverance led to top performances in the competition SIFA FIRST LEGO League Pacific. Honoring the competitors and mentors behind these remarkable projects that showcased technical skill, collaboration, and inventive thinking during the regional championship is our token of appreciation for representing Guam in excellence and pride.
The recognition I presented on behalf of the 38th Guam Legislature highlights the importance of nurturing young talent in coding and technology and reinforces the community’s commitment to preparing students for future opportunities.
Si Yu'os Ma'åse to SIFA, all the participants, parents, mentors and coaches!

The ceremony reaffirmed our office’s commitment to remembering sacrifice and the island’s deep respect for veterans and their families. Si Yu'os Ma'åse!

It is my privilege to be the guest of honor, speaker and presenter at the "Hiwaga at Alamat: Into the World of Philippine Folklore and Mythology" celebration which showcased vibrant visual artistry in recognition of the 80th Anniversary of Philippines~U.S. relations.
The celebration was highlighted with an Art Exhibition where canvas and paint storytellers brought timeless myths to life. It also featured story-telling time with children courtesy of Vice Consul Daniela Villamin-Oriondo.
To invite the community to participate, learn, reflect, and celebrate is to honor our cultural ties and friendship. Cultural events strengthen community bonds and reflect the office’s dedication and commitment to honoring our cultural heritage across Guam.
Thank you to Consul General Rosario Lemque and the whole Philippine Consulate on Guam team, Micronesia Mall, all the honored artists who showcased their talents at the the art exhibition and everyone who joined the celebration.
