Parents and caregivers: Have questions about COVID-19 vaccines for kids? Here are 4 things you need to know.
CDC recommends children ages 6 months and older get vaccinated against COVID-19. The COVID-19 vaccine is available and it’s free. It’s offered at the Northern Region Community Health Center, Southern Region Community Health Center, and at the Agana Shopping Center. Join Us! Back to School Immunization Clinic on Saturday, July 30, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or while supplies last at the Barrigada Community Center.
This clinic is for children 4 years – 18 years of age, and limited to those with Medicaid, MIP, or no insurance. All necessary routine child immunizations will be given, except varicella (chickenpox) vaccine. No TB (PPD) skin tests will be given.
Requirements for children less than18 years old to receive routine child immunizations:
• Child's birth certificate
• Child’s most current shot record
• Parent/legal guardian/authorized adult's government-issued photo identification
• Minor must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or an authorized adult. If other than parent, adult must present legal guardianship, power-of-attorney, or written authorization from parent.
