新世界集團 New World Group 、聯合國教科文組織 UNESCO Bangkok 與 Culture For Tomorrow 將㩗手舉辦保育與創新研討會 2023，邀請參與知名活化項目的保育專家、政策制定者及學者等，從他們的角度講述文物保育的故事、願景、公私營保育策略和最新創新趨勢，啟發對建築保育的想像。

是次研討會將聚焦世界各地眾多國際認可的修復案例，包括正在復修的香港皇都戲院，中國景德鎮彭家弄，英國倫敦亞歷山德拉宮及新加坡的文物保育，探討保育團隊如何以創意力量推動文物保育與傳承，藉活化為古蹟注入新價值。

【推動女性平等 創造共融世界】

我們與 Impact Kommons 初創公司 V Visionary Design Studio 攜手合作，於K11 ESHOP推出一款斜揹袋。該款斜揹袋以升級再 造物料製成，由V Visionary提供技能提升培訓，並以合理薪酬 僱用的66名本地弱勢社群婦女製造。

【Driving Gender Diversity in Action for A World Free of Bias】

We joined hands with Impact Kommons ons startup V Visionary Design Studio to launch a crossbody bag on K11 eShop. The bags are made of upcycled materials and were produced by 66 local underprivileged women upskilled and employed by V Visionary at a reasonable wage.

新世界一直舉辦唔同活動去支援同事同家人嘅身心及健康需要。貫徹集團2030 可持續發展 嘅願景方針，致力照顧同事不同康健需要嘅 New World-Being 平台最近就同 Nature Discovery Park 合作舉辦「頌聲頻浴體驗」，利用頌砵嘅聲音振動打開阻塞嘅脈輪經絡及身體穴位，幫助平和情緒及優化睡眠質素。

Nature Discovery Park 令大家猶如置身喺大自然，同時透過頌砵聲頻浴為身心帶來療癒嘅體驗，為一眾新世界員工嘅生活充充電。

【 Mind healing workshop with Singing Bowls】

At New World Group, we prioritise our colleagues' mental and physical health by supporting different activities and initiatives.

New World-Being, a well-being platform for employees and their family members, has recently brought the Group's 2030 vision ( # Wellbeing) alive with an evening of "Sound Bath Experience with Singing Bowls". Participants experienced sound therapy with plants and nature at Nature Discovery Park, intending to ease emotional tensions and body blockages, ultimately improving sleep quality and feeling recharged after a long day.

【建構綠色社區: 梳士巴利花園】

位於 Victoria Dockside 嘅梳士巴利花園設有大片戶外草地，加埋附近可以通往 K11 Musea 嘅橢圓形玻璃建築Donut Playhouse，近來已經成為小朋友周末放電嘅好去處。但你又知唔知喺發展呢個項目嘅時候都有唔少環保元素，例如：

1）超過50%嘅天台物料使用咗高反射率嘅物料，為人口稠密嘅市區降溫，以避免熱島效應；
2）原址建築有接近80%嘅結構喺建築期間重用，減少浪費；
3) 呢個項目設計理念令能源使用及年度用水表現對比標準節約咗分別30.5%及40%

【Creating Green Community at The Salisbury Garden】

The Salisbury Garden at Victoria Dockside is a public space with a spacious outdoor lawn area. Neighbouring the oval-shaped glasshouse “Donut Playhouse” at K11 Musea , the spot became one of the go-to places for children to have fun on weekends. But are you aware that there are also many green features when developing this project? For example:

1) More than 50% of the building's rooftops use high reflectance materials to lower the city temperature, thus prevent urban heat island effect;
2) Nearly 80% of the previous development’s existing structure was reused during construction to reduce waste;
3) The project was designed to achieve reduction in energy consumption and annual water consumption performance, which was reduced by 30.5% and 40% respectively compared to the baseline last year.

【支持利是封回收重用大行動】

恭喜發財，身體健康！喺大家歡渡兔年之後，應該都會有一堆用剩嘅利是封，不如今年以行動支持環保，參與利是封回收重用啦！

新世界集團已經連續第14年支持由綠領行動 綠領行動 Greeners Action 舉辦嘅「利是封回收重用大行動」，希望有助減少廢物。由即日起至2 月27 日，大家可以將用過或剩餘嘅利是封交到回收地點，利是封收集後再交由社福機構處理及分類，留待下年再俾大家重用。

【Supporting Lai See Reuse and Recycle】

Gong Hei Fat Choy! Following all the celebrations for the Year of the Rabbit, many of us should have many leftover red packets. Let’s support environmental protection this year and participate in the red packet reuse and recycle!

For the 14th consecutive year, New World Group supports the "Lai See Packet Recycle and Reuse Campaign" organised by Greeners Action 綠領行動 Greeners Action on, hoping to help reduce waste. From now until 27 February, everyone can deliver their used, or leftover red packets to designated recycling points. The collected red packets will be further processed and sorted by charities and reserved for the community to reuse next year.

Impact Kommons初創企業Earthero Studio舉辦嘅「K11 呈獻：追夢者 ~ Earthero Studio「工藝聚集」可持續時尚展覽」工作坊可以報名喇！

【Earthero Studio Art-isan Collective Sustainable Fashion Workshop】

Sustainable fashion workshops of "K11 Presents: Daydream Believer ~ Art-isan Collective by Earthero Studio", organised by Impact Kommons start up Earthero Studio, is now open for enrolment!

Two types of family-friendly workshops are available: "Upcycle Denim to Bracelet Workshop” teaches you how to make your own unique sustainable bracelets by upcycling denim scraps and "Embroider & Upcycle Tote Bag Workshop" allows participants to learn how to upcycle deadstock tote bags with simple embroidery techniques.

【Earthero Studio「工藝聚集」可持續時尚展覽】

參與今年新世界 Impact Kommons 計劃嘅初創企業Earthero Project，將於1月14至15日上午11點至晚上7點喺 K11 Musea 8樓 Nature Discovery Park，舉辦K11 呈獻：追夢者 ~ Earthero Studio「工藝聚集」可持續時尚展覽。

今次展覽邀請咗8位本地藝術家喺滯銷布料上創作獨特手繪作品，每一件作品將分成九個方塊，形成一個拼圖，然後分別縫紉在九件T恤上，再利用視錯覺等大家親自發掘每一幅完整嘅畫作。公眾更可即場購買T恤，部分收益將捐贈予本地環保團體環保觸覺。活動亦設有兩個親子工作坊讓公眾報名參加，想知就留意之後嘅posts喇！

呢個活動除咗可以提高公眾對可持續時尚嘅認識，亦可以支持本地可持續初創企業同新興年輕藝術家，推動可持續生活方式。咁有意義嘅活動大家唔好錯過喇，到時見！

【Art-isan Collective Sustainable Fashion Exhibition by Earthero Studio】

Earthero Studio , a participating start up of this year's Impact Kommons of New World, will launch the sustainable fashion exhibition "K11 Presents: Daydream Believer ~ Art-isan Collective by Earthero Studio" from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on 14 to 15 January 2023 at Nature Discovery Park, 8/F of K11 Musea.

The exhibition invites 8 local artists to hand-paint their unique artworks on deadstock fabric. Each piece was then dissected into nine squares to form a puzzle and patched onto T-shirts. It makes use of optical illusion to enable the audience to discover each full painting themselves. Each T-shirt will be available for public purchase, and part of the proceeds will be donated to green group Green Sense. Two types of family-friendly workshops will also be available for public enrolment, stay tuned for more details!

The event not only enhances public awareness in sustainable fashion, but also supports local sustainable start ups and emerging young artists and promotes sustainable lifestyles. We look forward to seeing you all in such a meaningful event!
