𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐆𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 features Czech ceramic sculptor and artist, Antonín Tomášek. The work of Antonín, can be perceived as a poetic call for attentiveness, as an appeal, and as a provocation, testing how far we are willing to go with our trust. In the artist’s interpretation, the “Universe” begins where we pause for a moment.

The exhibition is presented by the Consulate General of Czechia in Hong Kong, in collaboration with Antonín Tomášek, 1881 Heritage and Studio TIO.

The Czech National Agency for International Education and Research (𝐃𝐙𝐒), in collaboration with its Study in Czechia initiative and the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Hong Kong, successfully showcased Czech higher education opportunities at the APAIE 2026 Conference and Exhibition. Held from February 23-27, 2026, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre under the theme “Asia-Pacific Partnerships for the Global Good,” the event brought together over 2,000 international education leaders, policymakers, and professionals from more than 60 countries.

𝐃𝐙𝐒 represented ten prominent Czech universities, including Masaryk University and Charles University, under the Study in Czechia banner. The delegation focused on promoting diverse study programs, scholarships, and research collaborations available to international students. This participation aligns with DZS’s ongoing efforts to enhance global academic ties, as evidenced by their regular presence at major international education fairs such as EAIE, NAFSA, and APAIE.

✨A key highlight was the 𝐂𝐳𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 on February 25, 2026, at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, conveniently located just two minutes from the expo site. Attendees enjoyed a variety of canapés, drinks with a distinctive Czech touch, and breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The event fostered meaningful discussions on shared ideas, international connections, and academic cooperation, drawing educators, diplomats, and partners from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
