⚠️緊急通告 Urgent Notice⚠️

有關：繼園街12-30號斜坡水管滲漏引致緊急停水及供水安排
Subject: Urgent Water Interruption and Supply Arrangements at 12-30 Kai Yuen Street due to Pipe Leakage

2026年5月31日晚上卓兒接獲居民求助，指繼園街斜坡發生水管滲漏。卓兒即時通知水務署緊急維修部，水務署接報後已即時派員到場進行緊急檢查。由於滲漏情況嚴重，現時繼園街12-30號已實施緊急停水。

經初步查核，爆裂水管的位置雖屬私人業權範圍，但考慮到特殊情況，卓兒已即時採取應變措施，成功收集受影響居民的同意書，並和政府部門介入進行破例搶修。

由於斜坡上的搶修工程環境較為複雜，水務署預計於明天早上展開搶修工程，預計明天晚上前恢復正常供水，懇請各位街坊耐心體諒。

臨時取水安排：💧
水務署已於吉利樓附近設置臨時水缸，受影響的居民可前往上址取水備用。卓兒會密切跟進搶修進度，如有需要請致電6432 4282與本人聯絡。

I received a resident's complaint on May 31, 2026, regarding a water pipe leakage on the slope of Kai Yuen Street. The Water Supplies Department (WSD) has conducted an urgent inspection on-site. Due to the severity of the leak, an emergency water suspension is now in effect for 12-30 Kai Yuen Street.

Although the burst pipe is located within private property, considering the significant impact on residents, I have taken immediate action. Our office has successfully collected the consent forms from residents to facilitate the government's intervention for emergency repairs.

As the repair works on the slope are complicated, the WSD will make every effort to resume the water supply by tomorrow evening. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Temporary Water Supply Arrangement: 💧
The WSD has deployed a temporary water tank near Gily Garden House. Affected residents may proceed there to collect fresh water. I will closely monitor the progress and keep you updated.

🇨🇳 🇭🇰Community National Education Day: A Journey Through Military History & Wetland Ecology 🌳🦅

今日丹拿關愛隊隊長卓兒和馮泳思、陳著進隊員同街坊、大小朋友一齊走出東區，展開了一場充實又別具意義的「社區國民教育日」！雖然天氣炎熱，但大家都滿載而歸，過了一個充實的週末！✨

上午第一站：昂船洲軍營駐香港部隊展覽中心 🎖️🇨🇳
我們帶領居民走進紀律嚴謹的軍營，參觀了現代化的展覽中心。館內的歷史文物、精密的軍事模型以及現代國防科技，令街坊們讚嘆不已。參加的小朋友更圍著先進的軍艦和戰機模型興致勃勃地研究，透過互動展品學到了國防與歷史知識。
大家親眼看到國家發展的輝煌成就，不僅加深了國家安全重要，和對國家歷史的深刻認識，心中更油然而生一種濃濃的自豪感與安全感，深刻體會到和平與繁榮的得來不易。

下午第二站：天水圍濕地公園 🦆🌿
感受完軍營的宏偉後，下午我們一行人轉往綠意盎然的天水圍濕地公園，擁抱大自然。
街坊們漫步在浮橋上，欣賞到了豐富的濕地生態，除了看到多種雀鳥、彈塗魚和招潮蟹，小朋友還開心地與濕地公園的明星「貝貝」打招呼！

下午大家都覺得非常治癒和放鬆。在導賞中，大小朋友都深刻感受到保護生態環境與實踐低碳生活的重要，體會到人與自然和諧共生的美好。

今日這趟行程最開心的是看到街坊們沿途有說有笑，小朋友們一邊玩一邊吸收新知識。❤️

Morning Stop: Ngong Shuen Chau Barracks Exhibition Center 🎖️🇨🇳

We visited the PLA Garrison Exhibition Center. The incredible historical artifacts and modern military tech left everyone in awe, especially the kids who loved exploring the ship and jet models. It was a proud moment that deepened our appreciation for national development and peace.

Afternoon Stop: Tin Shui Wai Wetland Park 🦆🌿

We then headed into nature at the Wetland Park. Strolling along the boardwalks, we spotted birds, mudskippers, crabs, and even said hello to Pui Pui the crocodile! It was a relaxing afternoon where we learned the importance of green living and eco-conservation.

Seeing the smiles on our residents' faces and the children learning while having fun made the whole trip worthwhile. ❤️

2026年5月30日下午16:30-17:30，卓兒和香港社區康健學院的林智源醫生，在辦事處順利舉辦了「擺脫肥胖 💡 健康人生」的醫療健康講座。現場座無虛席，街坊反應非常熱烈！🔥

我們非常榮幸邀請到家庭醫學專科——林智源醫生擔任主講嘉賓。林醫生用深入淺出的專業角度，教導街坊什麼是肥胖的真正定義，並分享了如何在日常生活中建立可持續、健康的良好習慣。參與的街坊都紛紛表示獲益良多，學到實用的健康管理知識！ 🧑‍⚕️📝

Yesterday(5/30,16:30-17:30), together with Dr. Lam, from the Hong Kong College of Community Health Practitioners, we successfully hosted the "Overcoming Obesity & Embracing a Healthy Life" medical and health seminar at my office. The venue was packed, and our residents' response was absolutely fantastic! 🔥

We were deeply honored to have Dr. Lam, a specialist in Family Medicine, as our guest speaker. Dr. Lam used an accessible and professional approach to teach residents the true definition of obesity and shared how to establish sustainable, healthy daily habits. Everyone expressed that they benefited greatly and gained highly practical health management knowledge! 🧑‍⚕️📝

In the future, I will continue to organize more diverse community health and welfare activities for everyone. Remember to stay tuned to our notice for the latest updates!

今朝早，卓兒同丹拿關愛隊的義工一齊在社區舉辦了「舊衣回收・以物易物」活動。現場氣氛非常熱烈，好高興見到咁多街坊踴躍支持，特意將屋企乾淨整潔的舊衣物帶到回收站，真正做到資源循環！♻️👏

最緊要多謝的一班丹拿關愛隊的義工朋友！❤️ 在今日炎炎夏日、烈日當空之下，大家依然鍥而不捨、默默耕耘，滿頭大汗都堅守崗位，全心全意在社區前線為前來回收的市民服務。有您們這班無私奉獻的幕後功臣，社區才變得更加溫暖和美好！💪☀️

The weather was scorching today, but it couldn't dampen our neighborhood's passion for sustainable living! 🔥✨

This morning, the Tanner Services and Community Care Team volunteers and I host our "Clothing Recycling & Barter Exchange" event. The turnout was absolutely incredible! We were thrilled to see so many residents actively supporting by bringing clean, well-kept pre-loved clothes from home to our recycling station. This is what true "waste reduction at source and resource circulation" looks like! ♻️👏

Most importantly, a massive and heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to our wonderful Tanner Care Team volunteers! ❤️ Under the blazing summer sun, everyone remained tireless, dedicated, and deeply committed to serving the community.

Despite being drenched in sweat, you stayed at your posts with a smile, helping every resident who came by. It is your selfless contribution behind the scenes that makes our community so warm and beautiful! 💪☀️

I will continue to promote more green initiatives and community mutual-aid activities in the future. We look forward to seeing even more of you next time as we work together to build a lower-carbon, more harmonious community!

就昨天（5月28日）之今天（5月29日）兆華大廈所發生的突發爆水管事件，經卓兒和水務署、大廈管理處及維修工人積極協調與全力搶修後，上址的修復工程已經順利完成。大廈現已全面恢復正常供水。

Regarding the sudden water pipe burst at Shiu Wah Building starting yesterday, we would like to inform you that the emergency repair works have been successfully completed through the active coordination of our office with the Water Supplies Department, the building management, and the maintenance team.

Normal water supply to the building has now been fully resumed.

🌌 歷史性一刻！卓兒與大家齊迎神舟二十三號 ── 見證首位香港航天員逐夢太空 🇭🇰🇨🇳

各位街坊，這幾天卓兒的心情一直非常激動！國家「神舟二十三號載人飛行任務」即將在5月24日發射，而最令我們香港人振奮和自豪的，是我們香港自己的航天員，將首次正式參與執行國家的航天任務！看著乘組名單公佈和出征儀式，卓兒內心除了震撼，更多的是無比的感動與自豪。 過去總覺得「航天夢」離我們很遙遠，但今天，香港的科研人才終於能夠代表香港、代表國家飛向星辰大海。這不僅是香港航天科技發展的歷史性里程碑，更是全港市民的驕傲！
卓兒在這次任務中深深感受到了三點：

【💗 社區溫情：落戶探訪與長者支援】

近日，卓兒接獲熱心的街坊，期期的求助。她跟卓兒說伯伯原本與太太相依相伴，惟太太不幸因中風需要入院治療。面對突如其來的變化，伯伯要獨自面對生活上的壓力。

得知情況後，卓兒隨即聯同東區關愛隊（丹拿小隊）成員前往伯伯家中進行探訪，深入了解他的日常需要。

為了讓伯伯在家中住得安心，我們即時為他申請了平安鐘服務，確保他若遇上緊急情況能第一時間獲得協助。同時，考慮到其太太出院後的康復照顧，卓兒亦陪伴伯伯一同參觀安老院舍，為兩位長者的後續生活作最妥善的規劃與安排。

社區多一份關懷，長者少一份孤單。 卓兒會繼續緊貼個案，成為街坊最堅實的後盾！如有需要任何長者福利協助，歡迎隨時聯絡卓兒辦事處 (6432 4282)。

【Compassion in the Community: Home Visit & Support for Elderly Resident 🏠】

Recently, I received an urgent call for help from a warm-hearted neighbor. She informed us that an elderly gentleman, who used to live happily with his wife, was suddenly left alone to cope with life's immense pressures because his wife was unfortunately hospitalized due to a stroke.

We have assisted him in applying for the Personal Emergency Link service and accompanied him to visit elderly care homes to plan for his wife’s subsequent rehabilitation.

A little care goes a long way in relieving the loneliness of our elderly.
I will continue to closely follow up on this case and support our residents whenever they need a helping hand!
