နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး၊ ဦးကိုကိုကျော်သည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အာရှရေးရာအထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ် မစ္စတာ တိန့်ရှီးကျွင်းအား ၁၅-၁၀-၂၀၂၅ ရက်၊ (၁၅၃၀) နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ရှိရင်းစွဲ ဆွေမျိုးပေါက်ဖော်ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် အေးအတူပူအမျှ အသိုက်အဝန်းထူထောင်ထားရှိမှု ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ခိုင်မာရေးနှင့် နှစ်ဖက် အပြန်အလှန် အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအား အရှိန်အဟုန်မြှင့်တင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးတို့ကို အလေးထားဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အပြင် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် နယ်စပ်ဒေသ တစ်လျှောက် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့်တည်ငြိမ်ရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်အတွက် ဆက်လက်ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေး၊ ပြည်တွင်းငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် အမျိုးသားပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ နောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း ရေရှည် တည်တံ့ခိုင်မာသည့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူများ၏ လူမှုစီးပွားဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်း အားထုတ်မှုများတွင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှ အပြုသဘော ဆက်လက်ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသွားမည့်ကိစ္စ ရပ်များ၊ နယ်စပ်ဒေသရှိ အွန်လိုင်းလောင်းကစားနှင့် တရားမဝင်လုပ်ငန်းများ ပူးပေါင်းတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာများတွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအပြန်အလှန် ထောက်ခံရပ်တည်သွားရေးနှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကျိုးတူကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဆွေးနွေး အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့သည်။

U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Mr. Deng Xijun, Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw on 15 October 2025.

The discussion of the meeting focused on further enhancement of the existing Pauk-Phaw relation, building a community of shared future between the two countries and acceleration of mutually beneficial cooperation. In addition, they discussed continued cooperation for maintaining peace and stability along the Myanmar-China border, the latest developments on peace process and national reconciliation in Myanmar, the continued support of China on the efforts of Myanmar to achieve lasting peace and socio-economic development of its people, and to combat online gambling and other illegal activities in border areas. Both sides reaffirmed their mutual support in regional and multilateral context, and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.

ဟောင်ကောင်အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသရှိ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဒေါ်ဖူးပွင့်ကိုကိုသည် ဘရူးနိုင်းကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် Ms. Lim Kim Suan အား ၁၄-၁၀-၂၀၂၅ ရက် (၁၀၀၀) နာရီတွင် ဘရူနိုင်း ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၌ သွားရောက်မိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။

Ms. Phoo Pwint Ko Ko, Consul General of Myanmar in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) paid a courtesy call on Ms. Lim Kim Suan, Consul General of Brunei Darussalam in Hong Kong SAR at 1000 hrs on 14 October 2025 in the Consulate General of Brunei Darussalam in Hong Kong SAR.

At the meeting, Ms. Lim Kim Suan extended a warm welcome to the new Consul General of Myanmar in Hong Kong and, as the newcomer to Hong Kong recently, she also shared her experiences of communication with the Hong Kong government officials and other Consuls General after her arrival in Hong Kong. Then, both sides shared their commitment to have closer cooperation between two Consulates General in future.

Myanmar categorically rejects the unverified and unfounded information/ accusations put forward at the United Nations

The Human Rights Council organized an Enhanced Interactive Dialogue (EID) during its 60th session, which was held from 8 September 2025 to 8 October 2025, concerning the reports of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and on the report of the so-called Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar (IIMM). This dialogue was once again convened without the presence of Myanmar representatives, an act that is against the Council’s fundamental principles of constructive dialogue and cooperation.

It has been observed that the Council’s discussions and reports heavily rely on unverified information and consist primarily of repeated accusations against the Myanmar government. Furthermore, these one-sided and unfounded allegations are persistently advanced based on such unverified data.

The Human Rights Council, a principal UN human rights mechanism, continues to operate with bias. Rather than assessing the situation in a member state based on the principles of objectivity, non-selectivity and impartiality, it relies on one-sided information as fact.

Therefore, Myanmar categorically rejects such baseless accusations and intrusive discussions that constitute interference in its internal affairs. Myanmar will continue to implement its ongoing tasks without losing sight.

State responsibility will be handed over to a winning political party based on the results of the general election, which will be conducted in phases commencing on 28 December 2025. Myanmar reiterates its commitment to continue efforts to promote and protect the fundamental rights of its citizens to achieve internal peace, stability and prosperity of its people through a Myanmar-owned and Myanmar-led process.

လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီ၏ ဆွေးနွေးမှုများနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများတွင် စိစစ်အတည်ပြုနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိသော အချက်အလက်များကို အများအားဖြင့် အသုံးပြုထားပြီး မြန်မာအစိုးရအပေါ် ထပ်တလဲလဲ စွပ်စွဲချက်များသာ ပါဝင်နေသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ ဤကဲ့သို့သော စိစစ်အတည်ပြု၍ မရသော ယုတ္တိမရှိသည့် အချက်အလက်များကို အခြေခံကာ အခြေအမြစ်မရှိသော စွပ်စွဲချက်များကို အကြိမ်ကြိမ် ထပ်တလဲလဲ ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း တွေ့ရှိရသည်။

ထို့ကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဤကဲ့သို့သော အခြေအမြစ်မရှိသည့် စွပ်စွဲချက်များနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းရေးကို ဝင်ရောက်စွက်ဖက်သည့် ဆွေးနွေးချက်များကို ပြတ်သားစွာ ကန့်ကွက် ပယ်ချပြီး နိုင်ငံတော်က ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို မျက်ခြည်မပြတ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
