昨日，我們向大家首先介紹了律政司「出海專業服務專家委員會」的其中七位成員。

今日，我們將帶大家繼續認識另外六位成員，分別是：吳樂茗、譚雪欣、蔡安妮、楊運濤、鍾學勇以及周璇。

律政司「出海專業服務專家委員會」成員介紹

由律政司推動發起、商經局支持的「香港專業服務出海平台」於上月十三日正式啓動，標誌香港專業服務協同支援內地企業出海邁向新階段。

為更好推進 #出海相關工作，律政司會成立由 #律政司副司長 #張國鈞博士 擔任主席的「出海專業服務專家委員會」，匯聚內地及香港的法律、金融和會計界別的專家，以及優秀的商界和企業代表，就推廣香港專業服務以支援內地出海的策略，向律政司提供意見，並支援和推廣「平台」的工作。

我們將一連兩日向大家介紹專家委員會成員！

今日首先介紹其中七位，分別是: 陳永興、陳曼琪議員, MH, JP、巢剛、郭俊野、劉會平、劉敏以及呂志宏。

明天會介紹另外六位: 吳樂茗、譚雪欣、蔡安妮、楊運濤、鍾學勇以及周璇。敬請期待!

🌍⛵️「香港專業服務出海平台」啟動儀式精彩回顧！
Highlights of the Launch Ceremony for Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform!

為落實推廣香港法律服務，並協同會計、金融等其他專業界別共同支援內地企業出海的施政方針，由律政司推動發起、商務及經濟發展局支持的「香港專業服務出海平台」啟動儀式於2025年12月13日圓滿舉行，標誌著香港專業服務協同支援內地企業出海邁向新階段。
To implement the policy initiative of promoting Hong Kong’s legal services and coordinating with other professional sectors such as accounting and financial services to jointly support Mainland enterprises in expanding overseas, the Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform, initiated by the Department of Justice with support of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, was officially launched on 13 December 2025, marking a new stage of collaborative support by Hong Kong's professional services for Mainland enterprises going global.

啟動儀式由律政司副司長、商務及經濟發展局局長致詞為「香港專業服務出海平台」揭開序幕。三位來自法律、金融、會計界別的專家，分享他們成功協助企業拓展海外市場的故事。逾百名代表來自法律、會計、金融服務、銀行、商會、專業協會等多個業界夥伴出席啟動儀式。
The Ceremony commenced with opening remarks delivered by the Deputy Secretary for Justice and the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, marking the official inauguration of the Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform. Three experts from the legal, financial, and accounting sectors shared their experiences in successfully supporting enterprises in expanding into overseas markets. The event was attended by over a hundred representatives from various professional sectors, including legal, accounting, financial services, banking, chambers of commerce, and professional associations.

未來，律政司將會持續整合香港專業服務界別的資訊，收集與分享更多成功經驗，並加強與中國內地企業以及其他政府部門的溝通和對接，打造更高效、更全面的專業服務支援平台，實現「成功出海，首選香港」。
Look ahead, the Department of Justice will continue to integrate information from Hong Kong’s professional service sectors, collect and share more successful experiences, and strengthen communication and coordination with Mainland enterprises and other government departments. Through these efforts, a more efficient and comprehensive professional services support platform will be developed. Go Global, Choose Hong Kong.

🌍⛵️「香港專業服務出海平台」正式啟動！
Launch of Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform !

成功出海，首選香港 Go Global, Choose Hong Kong

香港特別行政區行政長官在2025年的《施政報告》中明確提出，要強化香港作為企業出海平台的優勢，並指示律政司副司長負責推廣香港法律服務，協同會計、金融等其他專業界別，共同支援內地企業出海。
In his Policy Address 2025, the Chief Executive has emphasised the strengthening of Hong Kong’s advantages as a launchpad for enterprises seeking to “go global” and tasked the Deputy Secretary for Justice to lead the promotion of Hong Kong’s legal services and collaborate with the accounting, financial, and other professional services sectors, to enhance support for Mainland enterprises to “go global”.

來自法律、金融、會計及商界的代表將共同見證，由律政司推動發起並獲商務及經濟發展局支持的「香港專業服務出海平台」正式啟動，標誌香港專業服務協同支援內地企業「出海」邁向新階段。
Representatives from the legal, financial, accounting, and business sectors will jointly witness the launch of the “Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform” initiated by the Department of Justice and supported by the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau. This marks a new stage in the collaborative efforts of Hong Kong’s professional services to support Mainland enterprises in expanding overseas.

12月13日的啟動禮將由律政司副司長及商務及經濟發展局局長共同主持，並分別致開幕詞，同時設有跨專業出海案例分享，由三位分別來自法律、金融、會計界別的專家，分享他們如何成功協助企業拓展海外市場的故事。
The Launch Ceremony on 13 December 2025 will be jointly officiated by the Deputy Secretary for Justice and the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development and both would deliver opening remarks. Additionally, there will be a cross-sector sharing session on overseas expansion cases. Three experts respectively from the legal, financial, and accounting sectors will share their success stories of assisting Mainland enterprises in expanding into overseas markets.

Looking ahead, the Department of Justice would make full use of the “Hong Kong Professional Services GoGlobal Platform”, coordinate with other government departments and professional services sectors, to pro-actively meet the needs of the enterprises seeking to expand overseas, leveraging Hong Kong’s dual role as “bringing in and going global” and materialising our mission: “Go Global, Choose Hong Kong”!
