Successfully organised the 2nd PIP at the Baijal Bari Higher Secondary School, Khowai District, Tripura. (5th and 6th March, 2024)

A total of 180 students (including 103 boys and 77 Girls) from class 5th to 11th participated in both Essay and Painting Competition on Water Conservation in 2 Groups (Jr. and Sr.)

The function was attended by the Chairman, Secretary and Member of the School Committee, apart from the Teachers and Staffs of the School.

Successfully Organised the RGI- Tier-III Training Programme on Capacity Building for Participatory Ground Water Management at NandanNagar, Ward No.-6, Agartala, Tripura (10th March, 2024).

A total of 150+ participants, mostly from the Debbarma and Riang Community from the Tribal belt of Tripura participated in the training Programme. Senior officials from the State including, Director, TREDA; Director Youth & Sports; Director Factories and Boilers; Prof. from Tripura Medical College, Government of Tripura attended the Training Programme.

Apart from organising a small Exhibition, Pamphlet on Activities of CGWB at NER and a Booklet on Water Conservation was distributed to all Participants.

The Meeting ended with a sumptuous Lunch.

He appreciated the work being undertaken by CGWB office and its support being extended to the State Government.
