Today on 01.01.2026 evening.The Honourable Governor of Tripura Shri Indra Sena Reddy Nallu met with the participants of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 (VBYLD-2026) & Design Bharat in a courtesy meeting. This event will be held from January 10-12, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi, where participants will present their views on various tracks.

New year is a beacon of hope and opportunities. May this 2026 year be renewed our strength and energy for abundant opportunities with endless joy for a better society.

Happy to share glimpses of
pre-event activities of commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, as Rastriya Ekata Divas, ( National Unity Day) by NSS volunteers of MGM NSS Unit .ln addition to participating the Nesha Mukt Bharat pledge programme today, they also solemnly pledged to raise awareness against drug abuse, promoting healthier lifestyle towards building a drug-free society driven by the values of national unity spirit and ethics as upheld by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of the country.

A happy moment to cherish and stand in unison to give Shibaprasad Chakraborty a standing ovation for bringing accolades to MGM Class XII School as one of the most dedicated NSS volunteers setting an inspiring precedent for others of this school. Wish him all the very best to look ahead.

A massive rally was launched by MGM NSS Unit led by Headmaster Titu Saha and NSS Program Officer Sima Chakma as part of the celebration of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign just a day before the 79th Independence Day on Thursday. Hundreds of students including staff, teachers and enthusiastic NSS volunteers participated in the rally that culminated at the adopted village in Adarshapalli ,College tilla ,Agartala, with the distribution of tricolor flag urging them to hoist the National Flag on 15th August '2025 Friday.Say it loud, say it with pride - Har Ghar Tiranga, was the non-stop slogans raised by the participants amid huge applause from the locality, marking the end of the program.

Kudos to my dear tiger students-cum-NSS volunteers for displaying their roles as tigers in celebrating the International Tigers Day yesterday. Tigers are reckoned as one of the most beautiful and powerful creations of nature. For the protection and expansion of the natural habitats of tigers, the NSS volunteers of MGM Class XII School celebrated the day wearing tiger masks after going to the nearby natural forest area to draw public attention by impersonating tigers in Agartala.The main aim was to raise public awareness about the importance role played by tigers in maintaining the ecosystem in nature.
