I feel so honoured and happy to share that I received “Young Researcher Award 2023” at the 4th Asian conference on Ergonomics and Design (ACED) jointly with Humaninzing work & Work Environment (HWWE) and BRICS plus HFE international conference 2023. I really feel so grateful to compete and win this competition where doctors, young scientists and PhD students participated and showcased their outstanding work. It was so much to learn and explore at this event. I would like to thank my Mentors Dr Sunil Kumar Hota, Dr Madhusudan Pal, Dr Kalpana Hota, Dr Sugata Das and Mr Suresh sir with Kush & Kunal and also thanks to parents, family and supportive people for their kind support and motivation. Also, I would like to convey my sincere thank to Prof Jose Orlando Gomes(President IEA), Prof Manoj K. Tiwari(Director IIM Mumbai), Dr Anindya Ganguli(President ACED), Prof Rauf Iqbal(Conference Chair) and Prof Devkumar Chakrabarti(President ISE) and also Mrs Swati Meherishi (Editorial Director, Springer Nature).
