A humble servant of Almighty God

TODAY’S MANNA. Psalms 23:
1.The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not be in want.
2.He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
3.He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
4.Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5.You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6.Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

If we are passing through the valley of shadow of death, believe, there is a table laid up for us in front of our enemies and are going to be blessed with immeasurable joy.
HE makes HIS children lie down and relax in the midst of abundance and leads us to quiet waters. When we see turbulent water on our way from green pastures to quiet waters, we quiet often forget the fact that HE is our shepherd and HE knows the best way to lead us through.
Between green pastures and quiet water stream we may have to pass through the valley of shadow of death – not the valley of death – for us to see GOD’s mighty protecting hands in our lives.
So let us not be disturbed of the turbulent waters on the way to the Promised Land – Canaan. Let the confidence that “we are HIS people and the sheep of HIS pasture” prevail in our hearts and embolden us.”

TODAY’S MANNA. Philippians 3:20-21. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body.
# # # The Word of God, time and again reminds us that we are not the citizens of this world. Instead, we are Ambassadors of Christ in this World. As it is evident, no one is ambassador in his own land. An ambassador is an ambassador at a foreign land, while he is a citizen of his own land. So, being the children of God, we ought to be conscious at all times that we are citizens of Heaven. So we ought to live and behave in the ways honorable to the Heavenly kingdom. While being in this World, having accomplished our task, we shall be receiving a rich welcome to our home land (Heaven) in the glorious body. The rich welcome can be anticipated by only those who live their lives in this World, glorifying the Heavenly Kingdom by the deeds and words at every walks of life. Others may get an entry, but cannot look forward to a rich welcome, as is envisaged in the Scripture. So let us be all the more eager to ensure our calling and election.

TODAY’S MANNA. Romans 12:17-18. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

# # # Reacting to any action is inherent in every creation – especially every living being. It is an inherent quality. While some are quick and instant, some others are slow. Worldly system stands for instant tit-for-tat reaction. But the Word of God teaches us to react in a Godly manner, not in the tit-for-tat pattern. Mostly in instant reactions, one does not judge whether the reaction is right or not. Being the children of a loving God, let us not react to evil in with evil. Let us think well before reacting and do what is right in the sight of God and man. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, means, there may be instances that one cannot live at peace with everyone. That is why it is written – be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody – do not react instantly and tit-for-tat manner. So let us abide in Christ and make every effort to live at peace with everyone. Let us not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.
Being a child of God, we have to think patiently and find the will of God in every circumstance before reacting to anything in our lives.

Thank you Lord, for all your Spiritual, physical and material blessings showered upon this unworthy beingl for the past 508392 hours of 21183 days through the past 58 years. Thank you Lord for my beautiful beloved family and friends who love, care and pray for me.
When I look back through the traversed paths, I can see only your hand under, around and over me and my beloveds.
