The handing over & Flag off ceremony of CSR project of Small Ambulance (Type – B) was held at Collector office Narmada, on 5th January,2024.
Before the Handing over, a VC was organized. The distinguished guests were Ms. Shweta Teotia, IAS, (Collector Narmada); Shri Rahul Prashant, (Executive Director, IOCL Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara); Shri Ankit Pannu, IAS (District Development Officer, Narmada); Shri Anil Kumar (Chief General Manager – HR, Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara).

Speaking on the occasion of handing over ceremony, Shri Ankit Pannu, IAS (District Development Officer, Narmada lauded the efforts made by the IOCL & GCSRA and expressed to get more support for the Aspirational Districts. He said that it will bridge the gap in saving the precious lives of patients by taking them to the nearby hospitals for early medical aid and treatment.

Shri Rahul Prashant, (Executive Director, IOCL Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara) addressed the gathering, and highlighted the corporation's dedication to social responsibility and the significance of this initiative in contributing to healthcare accessibility.

During the event Dy. General Manager (HR) Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara along with IOCL officials and District health department, Narmada were also present on the auspicious occasion.

After the Virtual event, Ms. Shweta Teotia, IAS, Collector Narmada flagged off all 04 Ambulances and expressed gratitude to IOCL & GCSRA for the generous contribution in the Aspirational district.

The ceremony was concluded with a vote of thanks by COO, GCSRA.

The Anganwadi on Wheels (AoW) project was officially launched under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support of Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) on 4th November 2023 at AMTS workshop, Jamalpur. The project is facilitated by the Gujarat CSR Authority (GCSRA) and UNICEF is the Knowledge partner. Smt. Pratibha Rakesh Kumar Jain, Mayor, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation graced the ceremony and flagged off the Anganwadi on Wheels & start commendable initiative.

Today, GCSRA signed an MoU with Petronet LNG Ltd for implementation of CSR Support on " Construction of School Building at Lakhigam Village". Shri SB Singh, Plant Head, Petronet LNG Ltd & Shri Pankaj Kumar Kamliya, COO, GCSRA inked the MoU in the presence of CSR teams of GCSRA and LNG Petronet for the School Development project at Lakhigam. The project will ensure greater access of local community to Education Infrastructure. GCSRA is thankful for the CSR support of Petronet LNG Ltd.

GCSRA implemented the CSR Project on “Support for Ambulances across Gujarat” in coordination with Commissioner of Health, Government of Gujarat based on local level requirements. Under the CSR initiative, Ambulances have been deployed to various Govt. Hospitals/PHC/CHC/SDH of 11 districts of across Gujarat with support of various companies (Bosch, GSPC, GETCO, IOCL & MGVCL).

In Month of May total 297 individuals were benefitted under this project which comprise of following:

• Total Accident Emergency Cases (29),
• Total Delivery related cases (62),
• Total child relates cases (70),
• Other emergency cases (136)

Today, GCSRA signs the MoU with UNICEF to collaborate and provide a neutral and credible platform for stakeholders for exchange of ideas, joint advocacy and provision of opportunities for capacity building leading to optimal utilization of CSR funds thereby fostering sustainable growth.

Inauguration & Handover Ceremony of CSR Projects on Ambulances Supported by MGVCL was organized in auspicious presence of CS, MGVCL and CDHO of respective locations. MGVCL, GCSRA team & respective hospitals teams facilitated the event at District Hospital- Chhotaudepur, Sub-District Hospital-Dakor & District Hospital, Godhra. GCSRA is thankful to MGVCL for providing support for the mentioned CSR Projects.

Inauguration & Handover Ceremony of CSR Projects (Sewage Cleaning solar operated Machinehole Robots and Two ICU on Wheels) supported by IndianOil was organized in auspicious presence of Ms. Shweta Teotia, IAS, Collector, Narmada on 25-08-2022. ED-IOCL, COO-GCSRA and MD-Club First has attended the ceremony virtually. IOCL & GCSRA team facilitated the event at Collector Office, Narmada. GCSRA is thankful to IOCL for providing support for the mentioned CSR Projects.

Gujarat Power Corporation Limited CSR Projects has been inaugurated on 01/08/2022 during a virtual event organized under the auspicious presence of Shri P. K. Taneja, IAS (Retd) DG GIDM; Shri Mehul Danayak, Chief Financial Officer; Ms. Krupa Joshi, Company Secretary, GPCL & COO, GCSRA along with GCSRA Team. GCSRA has facilitating the implementation of the following projects:

•Converting Anganwadis into Smart Anganwadis of Santalpur Block of Patan District.
•Improvement of Percolation Tank at village Babra.
•Setting up of RO Water system with vending machine for Villages Babra and Charanka.
•Setting up of Help Desk Centre for facilitating various Government schemes in Santalpur Block of Patan District
•Construction of Roof Water harvesting Tanks in Charanka village of Santalpur Block of Patan District.
The chief guest has also interacted with the beneficiaries and villagers.

GCSRA has received the famed Golden Peacock Awards Trophy and a Certificate at a specially organised 'Golden Peacock Awards Presentation Ceremony' at New Delhi (India) on 3rd June 2022 in the presence of business & industry leaders during IOD’s “16th International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility”.
From GCSRA Shri Pankaj Kumar Kamliya COO GCSRA received the award from dignitaries namely 1 Lt. Gen. J.S. Ahluwalia, PVSM (Retd.), President, IOD, 2 Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Culture, Government of India and 3 Shri Manoj Joshi, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt of India.

GSPC handed over the assets to concerned department in presence of Shri Kanubhai Desai, Honorable Minister of Energy & Petroleum Govt of Gujarat, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS, MD, GSPC and Shri M. Thennarasan, IAS, Hon.VC & MD,GIDC & CEOGCSRA and Shri Pankaj Kamliya, COO, GCSRA on 4/5/2022 at GSPC Bhavan. The demo of fire fighting robot has been done by MD, Club First.
