I am deeply shocked and heartbroken by the tragic news of the untimely demise of Ajit Pawar, President of the Nationalist Congress Party and Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, in a plane crash.
His passing is not only an irreparable loss to the Pawar family and the NCP family, but also a great loss to the people of Maharashtra and to Indian public life. As Deputy Chief Minister, he played a crucial role in the governance and development of the state, and his contributions to public service will always be remembered.
In this hour of profound grief, I stand in complete solidarity with the bereaved family, party colleagues, and countless admirers. I am deeply anguished by this tragic incident and extend my heartfelt condolences. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may the Almighty grant strength and courage to his family and supporters to bear this immense loss.
